About the 21 Days to Bliss Program:

 

As we’ve found ourselves without many of our typical routines and distractions, most of us have experienced amped up discomfort in our lives. Possibly your habits, even parts of your identity, have been destroyed, so let’s use this discomfort to recreate yourself. This program is designed to guide you on the path to excavate your authentic self, support you on the journey, and create a clear path for you to move towards that life that you are longing to live.

The 21 Days to Bliss program is broken up into 3 sections: Excavate, Release, and Create. Each morning you’ll receive a daily journalling prompt via text. You’ll create a sacred space and time for yourself to journal with your heart’s full attention. We will share various tips via email on how to create sacred space, settling in before writing, and how to have a fire ceremony. You will meet virtually with your coach during this journey to help facilitate what you’re discovering and moving through.

 
 

Personal Commitment:

 

In order to create change in your life you must be willing to be vulnerable. You must commit to honestly and wholeheartedly to reflecting on personal behaviors, habits, beliefs, patterns and thoughts even if they aren’t sexy (they aren’t) and may even be embarrassing (they are). You can’t part with it if you don’t own it first! We can ALL relate. Your journaling is for your eyes only allowing you the ability to dive deep, discover and disclose freely, resulting in the opportunity to make changes your life quickly.

Program Overview:

Week 1: Excavate 

  • Meet the Tribe! We will have a Zoom session where you get to meet your Bliss cohorts on this journey.

  • Journal Prompts. Each morning you will receive a journal prompt for the day via text. Create a sacred space & time that will allow you to dive in to begin the excavation process.

  • Coaching session. You will have a virtual one-on-one coaching session to focus on what you’ve discovered during the excavation process.


Week 2: Release…..and more excavation

  • Journal Prompts. You will continue with daily journaling.

  • Homework. Your coaching session will have resulted in some homework, so be prepared to put in a little extra time.

  • Fire Ceremony. We will have a Fire Ceremony with the group. This ritual will provide the sacred space for you to release that which you’ve excavated and manifest that which you desire to create. 


Week 3: Create

  • Journal Prompts. More daily journaling. 

  • Homework. Work on your new behaviors per your coaching session.

  • Observe. As you begin implementing new actions, notice how things in your life are shifting. 

  • Manifest. Implement the new behaviors as created in your final coaching session.

  • Map. Identify your desires and create the map to accomplish them. 

  • Tribe Celebration. The entire group of Seeking Bliss cohorts will meet via Zoom to share experiences, lessons, insights, successes, etc.
