We utilize ancient techniques such as yoga philosophy, Ayurveda and Shamanic energy healing combined with modern techniques such as life coaching and neuroscience.

As someone who chooses to walk to the beat of her own drum, I have always contested the “normal” which has provided many rich experiences and insights. I have reinvented myself numerous times and believe that life’s most challenging situations are truly our greatest opportunity for personal growth. I’m excited to share with you all of the insights and wisdom that have changed my life in incredibly powerful ways so that you too can create the life that you desire.

I am a certified Professional Coach, energetic practitioner and yogini. My love for learning ancient healing modalities and philosophy is a constant pursuit in my life and I find there is no greater joy than sharing what I’ve learned with others to assist them on their journey.

The Rocky Mountains are my playground and where I live with my two sons.
